Doug Garber

Head Instructor

Doug Garber, brings a wealth of experience from top-tier financial institutions. Currently the CIO and Managing Partner at Westport Alpha Group, Doug leads cutting-edge research and investment strategies. His prior roles included senior portfolio manager at Millennium, where he managed a multi-sector equity portfolio, and founder of Katahdin Capital, a Millennium platform company. At Citadel, he was a top-ranked equity analyst, and he has also held senior positions at Dahlman Rose & Co. and FBR.

Adam Robinson

Dean of Learning

Adam Robinson is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as the Senior Portfolio Manager at Millennium since 2020. He brings extensive experience from his previous roles, including five years as a Portfolio Manager at Balyasny Asset Management L.P. and four years as Vice President of Proprietary Commodity Trading at Koch Industries. Adam’s expertise in commodities trading was further developed during his tenure as Vice President at RBS Sempra Commodities and Director of Commodities at Armored Wolf LLC. He began his career as an Energy Research Analyst at Lehman Brothers, gaining valuable insights into energy markets. With a strong background in portfolio management and commodity trading, Adam Robinson is dedicated to fostering educational excellence and professional growth in his role as Dean of Learning.
